Can I organize a release into a collection?
Yes. Add products to a drop before publishing. Vaybel then groups published listings into an Etsy shop section or Shopify collection named after the drop. Grouping runs after publication; it is not two-way collection sync. Older Etsy connections may need to reconnect. The linked listing guide explains setup and limitations.
Which shops can I publish to?
Vaybel supports connected Etsy, TikTok Shop, and Shopify stores. You will need an eligible account on the channel and the required shop and production connections.
Can I edit the generated copy?
Yes. Review and edit the prepared listing before publishing. Your product description should match what the customer receives, including the blank, variants, and production details.
Does AI guarantee marketplace approval or search rankings?
No. You remain responsible for accurate product information and marketplace requirements. Review any validation messages and check the published listing in your shop.
What about production and fulfillment?
Your production setup is separate from the sales channel. Connect the appropriate provider, review product mapping and order settings, and check the order workflow before sending customers to a new listing.
