We share certain information with advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, Pinterest) for personalized marketing. Under California law, this may constitute "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

What We Share:

  • Hashed email addresses and account identifiers
  • Device identifiers (IP addresses, advertising IDs)
  • Purchase activity (subscription tier, order values, product categories)
  • Platform usage patterns (features used, time spent, pages visited)
  • Browsing behavior and inferred interests

Advertising Partners:

  • Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook, Instagram)
  • TikTok/ByteDance
  • Google LLC (Google Ads, YouTube, Analytics)
  • Pinterest

Note: We do not sell personal information for monetary compensation. However, sharing data with advertising partners may constitute "sharing" under state privacy laws.

For Customers of Merchants: If you purchased from a Merchant using Vaybel, your data is controlled by that Merchant. Contact the Merchant directly to exercise your rights.

What Happens After Opt-Out

  • We stop sharing your information with advertising partners immediately
  • Existing data shared with partners will be removed per their policies
  • You will still see ads, but they won't be personalized based on your activity
  • Your opt-out preference persists until you opt back in
  • We process your request within 15 business days

Verification & Response Timeline

To protect your privacy, we verify your identity before processing requests.

  • Opt-out requests: Processed within 15 business days
  • Access/deletion requests: Acknowledged within 10 days, completed within 45 days (may extend to 90 days if needed)

You may use an authorized agent to submit requests. The agent must provide written authorization.

We will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide different service quality based on your privacy choices.
