How does the Starter trial work?
Starter includes a 7-day free trial with 200 credits and access to its design, mockup, listing, trend research, and MCP tools. Connect a compatible AI assistant using the MCP setup guide. A credit card is required; cancel before the trial ends to avoid subscription billing.
How does Growth plan pricing work?
Growth includes 1,000 credits per month for $79. No trial — you get immediate access to all features including the AI Product Optimizer, AI Product Video Generator, Shop Insights, and Social Publishing to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube & X. Need more? Additional credits are $10 per 100.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your settings. Review the timing and any charge shown in the billing flow before confirming.
What if I run out of credits?
Both Starter and Growth users can purchase additional credits at $10 per 100 credits. Purchased credits expire after 90 days. Monthly credits are used first, then purchased packs in order of expiration.
Do credits roll over?
Monthly credits reset at the start of each billing cycle, including after your first successful payment. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month. This keeps pricing simple and predictable.
How do credits work?
Each action costs credits based on complexity—designs cost more than mockups, shoppable videos cost more than edits. Review the displayed credit cost before starting a new generation or edit. See the pricing table above for exact costs.
Why does my card statement or invoice say Polar or Shopify?
Vaybel subscriptions are billed through Polar, our payment partner and merchant of record. Polar processes the payment and handles sales tax on our behalf, so your card statement and receipts reference Polar. If you subscribe through the Shopify App Store instead, the charge appears on your Shopify invoice. Either way, your subscription, plan, and account are with Vaybel — only the billing runs through our partners.
