Separate front and back panels, each printed whole ('Front side', 'Back side'). The template draws the front with a deeper neck curve than the back, and both with armhole curves; pieces labelled 前片 (front) and 后片 (back) x1.
Sleeves
Set-in long sleeves, left and right printed separately. The template's sleeve piece (袖片) has a rounded cap; InterestPrint's copy says 'Set-in sleeves'.
Neckband
Crew neckline with a separate band, labelled 罗纹领 ('rib collar') in the template. ArtsAdd: 'Elastic neckband' double-needle stitched, 'Double stitched neckband - will retain shape'. Printify's editor takes no upload on the collar; renders show it in one solid colour. In the photographed sample the band is smooth-faced and light grey, with a topstitched seam outside and an overlocked seam inside. Finished neckband height is not stated.
Cuffs
