Scale Your POD Store

You have the business. Build the next stage.

Keep the shops and print providers you already use. Bring existing products into Vaybel, improve listings and imagery, develop the next range, and connect more of your daily work.

Optimization, content, and Shop Insights require Growth or above. Growth has no free trial.

Your bottleneck is the work between tools.

A growing catalog brings more images to refresh, listings to maintain, launches to coordinate, and performance to understand. Vaybel gives that work a shared home, with a way to improve products already selling as well as create new ones.

Start with existing products

Import supported products from connected Printify or Printful stores and match them to live channel listings.

Keep your catalog moving

Refresh titles, descriptions, tags, mockups, and videos. Review the changes and choose which fields to publish.

Make the next decision

Combine trend research with available orders, views, and revenue data to decide what to improve or develop next.

The workflow

A repeatable loop for the business you already run.

Start with a product or collection that needs attention. Build a useful operating habit before expanding automation.

An illustrative collection story

A catalog refresh with a clear purpose.

For example, take a collection that gets views but few orders. Improve the product imagery and delivery information, publish the selected changes, and observe the result. That creates a concrete experiment instead of another batch of unrelated designs.

  1. Connect the existing operation

Link each sales channel to the correct production store. Import a supported live product and confirm that Vaybel has matched its channel listing.

  2. Identify the next opportunity

Review product performance and research demand around your audience. Decide whether to refresh an existing listing, test a new design, or extend a successful collection.

  3. Improve the product presentation

Generate fresh mockups, revise listing copy, and prepare supporting content. Compare edits against the original and publish selected fields.

  4. Build and launch the next assortment

Use a shared brief for related products. Prepare channel-specific listings and content while keeping the artwork, imagery, and brand direction connected.

  5. Review results and delegate repeatable tasks

Compare the same channel and time period in Insights. Use a compatible AI assistant through MCP for supported tasks, with the permissions and review steps you choose.

What you can start with

Automation grounded in your actual operation.

Available today

Supported product imports, listing edits, mockups, content tools, connected channels, Shop Insights, and scoped MCP tools. Import and metric coverage depend on the provider and channel.

Keep business decisions with your team

Insights helps you assess performance; it does not establish profit or prove why sales changed. Assortment decisions and agent publication rules remain yours. A fully autonomous brand operator is not a standard service.

A few useful answers

Before you get started.

Do I need to rebuild my store?

No. Connect your existing shops and provider stores. The Optimize workflow supports importing provider products and finding their existing live listings; availability depends on that mapping.

Can I manage more than one sales channel?

Vaybel supports Shopify, Etsy, and TikTok Shop connections. Review each destination’s fields, product mapping, and publishing result; the channels do not have identical capabilities.

Will it automatically optimize my entire catalog?

You select products, review changes, and decide what to publish. MCP tools can support repeatable workflows, but this is not a promise of automatic catalog-wide optimization or higher sales.

Make your next operating cycle easier.

Start with an existing product. Improve it, publish the changes, and carry what you learn into the next drop.
