A brand people believe in. Merch they want to wear.
Your brand deserves a merch store as considered as everything else you make. Explore a managed program that brings your identity into collections, samples, a storefront, and ongoing product drops.
Managed early access · Scope, service responsibilities, and pricing agreed before work begins

Add apparel to your brand without assembling an apparel team.
Your company already has a visual identity, a story, and people who care about it. The opportunity is to turn that connection into a thoughtful merchandise collection, with a clear owner for the work from creative brief to launch.

Brand direction comes first
Use your guidelines, artwork, and audience to build a reviewed Brand DNA profile and collection brief.
Approve the actual product
Select blanks and print methods, review designs and mockups, and make physical sample approval part of the launch plan.
Plan beyond opening day
Scope storefront setup, provider connections, release cadence, and the day-to-day responsibilities of an ongoing merch program.
A merch program built around your brand.
The proposed managed engagement starts with a defined collection and one store. We agree the deliverables, approval points, and operating responsibilities together.

Merch that tells the company’s story.
For example, a technology company could build a collection around a milestone, an original technical illustration, or the mission its community shares. The result should feel like a product from the brand, with the quality and presentation to match.
Bring the brand into the brief
Share guidelines, approved logos and artwork, audience context, and the purpose of the store. Translate those inputs into Brand DNA and a creative direction for the collection.
Design a collection people would choose
Develop concepts beyond a default logo placement: an illustration, a story from the company, a meaningful phrase, or a recognizable visual system. Your team approves the direction.
Choose blanks and approve samples
Select supported products and production partners, prepare mockups, and agree how samples are ordered and reviewed. Evaluate the garment, print result, sizing, and delivery experience before launch.
Prepare the store and fulfillment
Scope a Shopify storefront or work with your existing store. Set up the agreed products, imagery, and provider connections, with ownership of payments, policies, and customer service made explicit.
Launch and plan the next drop
Prepare launch assets and agree an ongoing release calendar. Review performance and customer feedback to decide what to repeat, refine, or retire.
Start with POD. Scope the service clearly.
Managed launch: early access
The design, mockup, listing, and provider tools exist today. A managed engagement can be discussed around those tools; store setup, samples, ongoing operations, and customer support require an agreed scope and are not bundled into a software subscription.
Coming soon: larger production programs
Custom and overseas manufacturing, inventory management, warehousing, and a broader fulfillment network are future directions. They are not currently offered as a standard Vaybel service.
Before you get started.
Is this for employee swag or a public merch store?
The main focus is a branded store and apparel people choose to buy. Employee gifts or event programs can be discussed, but bulk distribution, internal allowances, and employee-store administration are not standard product features.
Can you operate everything for us?
Tell us which responsibilities you want covered. Design, setup, ongoing drops, order operations, and customer support must each be agreed for a managed engagement. Early access is not a promise of an already staffed, fully managed service.
Who owns the store and handles the money?
Store ownership, payment accounts, production charges, returns, and support responsibilities are defined before a project begins. Connecting a Shopify store to Vaybel does not transfer ownership or make Vaybel the merchant of record.
What does a program cost?
Managed work is scoped separately from software plans. Collection size, storefront work, sample rounds, and ongoing responsibilities determine the proposal. Production and shipping costs also need to be included.
