Will I be charged today?
No. The Starter plan is $19/month, but the 7-day free trial means your card is not charged until day 8. If you cancel anytime during the trial, you pay nothing.
Why do you need a card to start the trial?
Cards prevent abuse and let us protect compute capacity for real clothing brand creators. We only authorize the card — no charge happens during the trial window.
What happens after 7 days?
If you keep your account, billing starts at $19/month (200 credits/month) on the Starter plan. You can upgrade to Growth ($79/month, 1,000 credits) anytime, or cancel from your settings.
What if I run out of credits during the trial?
The trial includes 200 credits. Designs, mockups, and edits use different amounts; check the displayed cost before generating. If you hit the cap, you can purchase additional credits at $10 per 100 credits, or upgrade to Growth for a larger monthly allowance.
Do I need a POD provider account already?
No. You can sign up for Printful or Printify after starting the Vaybel trial — both connect from Vaybel’s integration settings. We have integration guides for each.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Billing in your dashboard. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the subscription charge.
