Affiliate Program Terms

The Vaybel affiliate program (the "Program") pays cash commissions to approved partners ("Affiliates") who refer customers to Vaybel subscriptions via their personal referral link. The Program is operated by Algorithmic Labs, LLC ("we", "us"). Participation requires an approved application; we may accept or decline any application at our sole discretion.

Vaybel subscriptions: 25% of each base subscription payment, measured after discounts and before tax, made by a referred organization during the 12 months following its first paid order. Credit packs, add-ons, taxes, and other fees are excluded.

Attribution is last-click: a customer belongs to the affiliate whose link they most recently used within 30 days before signing up. An organization is attributed to at most one affiliate, permanently, at signup. Rates may be customized per affiliate by written agreement.

Commissions are held for 30 days to cover refunds and chargebacks; a refunded or cancelled purchase reverses its commission. Approved commissions are paid monthly once your balance reaches $50, via PayPal (or another method we agree to). You are responsible for any fees your payment provider charges and for all taxes on your earnings. US-based affiliates must provide a completed W-9 before payouts exceed applicable IRS reporting thresholds.

Commissions are void, and accounts may be suspended, for:

• Self-referrals (buying through your own link) or referring accounts you control.
• Paid search bidding on "Vaybel" or confusingly similar terms.
• Coupon-site, cashback, or forced-click placement of links.
• Spam, misleading claims about the products, or implying you are us.
• Cookie stuffing or any manipulation of the attribution mechanism.

We may modify commission rates, windows, or these terms prospectively with notice on this page; changes do not reduce commissions already earned. Either party may end participation at any time; earned, unreversed commissions above the minimum are paid out on the normal schedule after termination. Promotional earnings have no cash value until paid and are not transferable.
