Wait a few weeks before washing shirts. Avoid bleach and hang dry; washing can distort the hat’s shape.

Changes after payment cost 5.00 each. Ask about currency, minimums, physical samples and the complete quote including quantity, artwork, tax and freight.

Orders after noon start on the next scheduled business day. Rush and same-day work may be available; confirm availability and the completion date separately from shipping. Call or text instructions or a reference picture; work does not begin with missing instructions or payment.

Ships 2–4 days after creation, with transit and arrival additional. Ask whether these are business or calendar days and how long delivery takes.

For a hat problem, send the order number, a photograph and a short explanation. An artist error is remade without charge. Incorrect or missing buyer information requires full replacement cost; cancellation and returns are excluded.

For events, a 50% deposit is due at signing and the balance before the artist starts. Host cancellation up to three days before loses the deposit; within two days the full fee is due. Artist cancellation before the event refunds the entire fee. Force majeure retains 50% with no other balance due and may allow rescheduling without a new deposit. General terms also bar refunds; ask which exception applies.
