It can source shirts or decorate compatible customer-supplied shirts, with quantities set by method and design.[1, 2, 3, 4]
Also known as Rael T's, Ant Tee • Rael T's.
Heat transfers have no minimum. Screen printing requires 24 shirts per design ink colour, in any size mix; two ink colours require 48 and three require 72. Embroidery starts at 48 pieces; individual-piece embroidery and name drops are not offered. Smaller screen runs may be possible if the full minimum printing cost is paid, less extra blank-shirt costs.
The quantity/rate guide is 1 at “$75”, 2 at “$70”, 3 at “$60”, 4–6 at “$50”, 7–9 at “$35”, 10–24 at “$20”, 25–49 at “16.50”, 50–99 at “14.50” and 100+ at “12.50”, each. A second side adds “$10”. Confirm currency, artwork, garments, tax and freight in the quote.
Setup costs $40 per design ink colour, or $120 for three colours. Extra placements need extra films/screens. An illustrative one-colour job has 24 prints at $4.25 each: $102 printing plus $40 setup, totaling $156.56 with 10.25% tax. Blank shirts cost extra. Ask which currency, current tax and job price apply.
One-time digitising is described as starting on average at “$75”; a small design with few stitches is estimated around “$10” per piece, excluding garments. Confirm currency, quantities and your actual design quote.
Normal printing turnaround is 10–15 working days. Agree the approval/payment trigger, order completion date, dispatch and transit separately; ask for an embroidery schedule.
Vector artwork is preferred for both printing methods. Web images may need redrawing and copyright permission. Artwork creation is listed at “$120” an hour; confirm currency, dimensions, placements and revision charges.
Screen printing has a 24-piece minimum per design ink colour; heat transfers have no minimum.[3]
