Hangtags and labels have separate, unspecified minimums and additional charges. Ask for the chosen method, design and label quantities.

Basic artwork edits or layouts may be free depending on the work, and custom neck-print logo artwork is described as free. Rush has no additional fee when capacity permits. Individual polybags, stickers, hangtags and labels can cost extra. Ask for the complete garment, decoration, digitizing, tax and freight quote.

Branding and packaging
- Manufacturer labels can be removed and replaced by a custom neck print or sewn custom label; hangtags/labels available with minimums/extra charges.[2]
Packaging includes printer-fold groups of 12, or paid individual polybags and optional information stickers.

How to order and pay
- Email artwork and quantities per design for a quote, generally targeted within 24 hours.[1, 2]
Artwork/detail confirmation is followed by mockup or strike-off approval and coordinated payment terms. Purchase order and deposit are referenced; most credit cards, company checks and bank/wire transfers accepted.

Returns and misprints
- The service aims for order receipt within 10 business days after all details, the purchase order and deposit are received, subject to workload.[2]
It aims to confirm an accurate delivery date within one day after the purchase order and deposit. Rush has no extra fee if accommodated. Cancellation fees can depend on production stage. Ask for the production and transit split; the one-day response is separate from dispatch.
