Returns and misprints
- Bagmasters' return policy gives 100 days from delivery for new, unused goods in original packaging; custom prints can be returned only if defective or damaged.[1, 4]
The customer pays return shipping, and a 25% restocking charge may apply. Refunds go to the original payment method in USD, 3–5 business days after inspection. The policy also offers free product samples on request. Separate terms require return authorization, give 30 days after receipt for written claims and list a 20% restocking charge for blanks. Ask which policy and fee apply to your particular return. First orders use credit cards; approved existing accounts may use Net 30. Custom orders usually require a 50% deposit and the balance before dispatch. Preproduction samples typically cost $40 plus mold or setup fees;
