Bulk production is 35–42 days for stock fabric or 48–58 days for custom fabric. Line allocation follows sample approval, fabric arrival and the agreed shipment window. Ask whether these are business or calendar days and which event starts the contract clock. Separate pre-production preparation takes 3–5 days; ask whether that stage is included in the quoted schedule.

Berun describes one Guangzhou facility covering cutting, sewing, printing, embroidery, QC and packing, and says it does not subcontract production. Ask for evidence of current certification, workforce, delivery performance and capacity, and which facility will handle the job.

The OEM page offers tech-pack/pattern development with a graded file the buyer owns and can use with another factory. Exact file contents, service price and revision rights require agreement; no fee borrowed from another domain.
