2Express is a Milan apparel decorator offering printed and embroidered clothing and socks.
The detailed order rule gives 10 pieces per article and allows a single tee only during seasonal promotions. A fashion banner also gives 10 pieces. Another description exempts baby bodysuits and children’s tees, while broader statements accept a single personalized item without qualification. These statements do not establish an unconditional one-piece minimum for every garment.
The delivery table gives free delivery in 8 working days for 1–24 pieces and 12 working days above 24. For 1–24 pieces, express delivery is 7, 6 or 5 working days with 10%, 15% or 40% added to the order total. Above 24 pieces, the corresponding options are 11, 10 or 8 working days. The table does not specify its start trigger; free-shipping destination exclusions also apply.
One general delivery estimate is 12 working days from order confirmation. Another is 14 days without specifying working or calendar days. These estimates are separate from quantity-specific delivery tables and express dispatch intervals; agree an order-to-door date for your quantity and address.
The two flat fees include VAT and apply to express dispatch: EUR 20 for the goods to leave in 10 working days, or EUR 60 for them to leave in 8 working days. No quantity bracket or start trigger is given for those options. They are apparel-order service upgrades and do not price a garment or guarantee the arrival date.
This clause measures order receipt to carrier handover and assumes regular payment. The confirmation’s delivery date is otherwise indicative. The 30-day limit does not identify working days, production duration or the buyer’s arrival date.
The terms describe priority express service in a delivery context and calculate its cost as a percentage of the order amount including VAT. Production and carrier transit are not separated. These intervals are distinct from the 30-day carrier-handover limit, quantity-based arrival options and flat-fee dispatch upgrades.
Payment descriptions include a 30% deposit after confirmation, 100% in advance, and staged 50/50 payment. Cash-on-delivery wording also refers to a 30% deposit and a surcharge of 3% of the balance plus VAT, while another clause asks for full settlement before dispatch. Agree the deposit, balance date and any surcharge for your order.
Customized goods are excluded from ordinary withdrawal. Delivery complaints have a 7-day notice window with order, invoice and photographic evidence; a separate clause gives 10 days after discovery of a conformity defect. Returned goods must be in original, unwashed condition. The terms describe refund or replacement at the supplier’s discretion within 30 days for accepted complaints and one reprint for print errors.
The stated quantity tolerance is a shortfall of up to 5% unless agreed otherwise in writing. The 5% quality tolerance applies to each product type in a mixed order. For faulty or missing products within those limits, business customers receive a credit note and private customers a voucher of equal value, valid for 12 months.
Single-piece exceptions are described, but unconditional single-piece claims also differ from the 10-per-article rule.[4, 5]
Quantity-based delivery, general delivery estimates and paid dispatch options use different clocks and price schedules.[2, 4, 5, 6]
Deposit percentages and balance timing differ between the payment descriptions.[2, 5]
