Screen printing, embroidery and direct-to-film are available. Posters and stickers are separate promotional products; the supplier may use unnamed third-party providers for some services.

The general custom-shirt heading also says 25-plus pieces, but the method-specific rule distinguishes smaller direct-to-film work. No numerical direct-to-film minimum or configured garment price is specified.

Acceptance is discretionary. Pricing/scope errors can be corrected even after acceptance; either party may cancel without liability for a material correction. Urgent jobs can cost extra, and supplier, freight, tax or material changes can increase prices with notice before production.

Full payment is required unless agreed otherwise in writing. Production deadlines are estimated at confirmation and can change for staffing, equipment or scheduling issues. The five-business-day promotion concerns finished-order delivery from design approval; stock, payment and freight affect the final arrival date. Physical sample ordering and its fee remain unspecified.

The approved proof fixes design, spelling, product style, sizes, placement, print size, colours and garment colour. The buyer is responsible for approved errors. Design help can prepare artwork; mandatory file formats, resolution and maximum print areas are unspecified.

Colour can vary by one Pantone shade; placement by±15 mm/0.6in, print dimensions by±3 mm/0.12in and registration between colour layers by±1 mm. Fabric, dye lots, ink/method and display calibration affect colour. Work within these tolerances is treated as correctly fulfilled without defect, refund or reprint claims on that basis.

The linked supply list includes AS Colour, COLOUR PLANE, Prime Example/Shaka Wear Australia, JB’s wear, Gildan Brands, RAMO and C-3 Apparel. Current stock and particular styles are quote-dependent; no ownership or universal brand authorisation is implied.

Freight costs, carriers and transit schedules remain unspecified. Customs and freight delays are separate from production, and individual merchant-customer fulfillment remains unspecified.

Pickup is at the North Melbourne workshop. Terms permit third-party embroidery, sewing, dyeing and finishing; no producer names or countries are supplied, and claims for their errors go directly between buyer and provider. This does not establish owned garment manufacturing, headquarters or dispatch country.

Surplus pieces can cover possible misprints. Where liability is accepted, compensation is capped at printing costs plus up to 20% of the proven wholesale blank value. Material, contamination and quality risks of blanks from sources outside the supplier’s specified list are excluded; supplying a blank does not guarantee compatibility or full replacement.

Delivery within±2% of the requested quantity per garment counts complete. For shop-supplied garments, misprints above 10 pieces or 10% of the order, whichever is greater, qualify for replacement within a reasonable time. For2–10% or fewer than 10misprinted pieces, the supplier may refund the quoted unit cost instead of reprinting. These literal thresholds can overlap.

Measurements may vary by±10 mm; minor seam or construction differences that do not affect integrity or wearability do not qualify for rejection or reprint. Manufacturer faults and seconds are excluded under the stated garment policy.

Returns require prior written consent. Accepted colour, size and placement variation is excluded. Liability is capped at the lesser of re-supply or payment for the affected part, with consequential losses excluded to the extent permitted.

Changes after proof approval may be unavailable or incur additional charges.

Same-site footers identify both CAPSULE MERCH PTY LTD and MERCH PLUS PTY LTD trading as CAPSULE MERCH. Their current legal relationship remains unresolved; the trading name is Capsule Merch, without choosing a legal operator.
