Samples and lead times
- Paid samples and deposit-backed returnable samples are available; unused returnables must be back within 2–3 days.[2]
Samples are paid and arranged after prices are agreed. Returnable samples require a deposit and must be returned within 2–3 days, unused and in good condition; the deposit is refunded after inspection. An actual branded sample costs extra. Ask whether a branded sample is eligible for return.
