Returns and misprints
- The 19 August 2026 policy allows charge-free cancellation and full refund before production/payment verification or just afterward as described; later change-of-mind requests are case-specific.[3]
Defect claims have a 7-day window, with replacement or refund and provider-paid defect freight. Wrong-size exchanges are case-specific for unused/unwashed goods, with new freight paid by the buyer. Warned pixelation, reasonable color variation, care damage, design errors and used/washed/modified garments are excluded. Refunds take up to 10 business days after agreement or returned-product receipt, as applicable.
