The listed BELLA+CANVAS 3001 unisex jersey tee is preshrunk, retail fit and side-seamed, with shoulder taping, a tear-away label and cover-stitched collar and sleeves. Its 4.2 oz/yd² fabric uses 32-single Airlume combed ring-spun cotton; Ash is 99/1 cotton/polyester. Other blank styles and current stock need agreement.

Screen printing starts at 12 supplier-supplied garments, though the screen service usually requires 24, or 12 by approval. Embroidery starts at six; higher minimums may apply. Direct-to-film requires 10 garments. Contract orders require 24 pieces unless a service exception applies; promotional-item minimums vary.

This is a blank tee price before a quantity, colour, tax, freight or decoration configuration is chosen. An initial design hour is free, then $50 per hour. Pre-production samples cost $50 per printed colour or screen setup per location, on the standard schedule; these are separate service charges. Sample fees are credited if a production order follows. Ask which dollar currency applies.

Screen printing and embroidery: 7–10 working days from artwork approval. Terms give 10 business days, also expressed as two–three full weeks, from signed or emailed mockup approval. Relabelling, orders of 1,500 or more pieces and more than five designs can add time. Promotional items typically take 2–3 weeks from approval. Deadlines need written staff confirmation; a drop-dead date means complete and ready to ship, rather than arrival.

Screen-printing rush adds 10%. Where shipping is needed, rush applies to production; carrier transit is separate. A general one-week delivery estimate varies and is not a guaranteed arrival. Orders faster than standard delivery cannot be changed or cancelled.

Printed samples follow standard timing; blank or existing printed examples cost less. Not every garment is in the showroom. Each order has a mandatory approved mockup. One condition excludes in-house press checks; another allows advance requests, potentially with a surcharge, so agree availability before approval.

Original flat artwork up to 8.5 × 11 inches can be scanned. Screen work also accepts portable document format, with possible setup if colours are not separated. Direct-to-film accepts AI, EPS and portable document format; vectorising JPG, BMP or GIF may add setup. Ask about maximum garment print area separately from the scan limit.

Discuss full-rights transfer before release. Buyers must hold rights to submitted artwork. Supplier setup files, resources and supplies remain supplier property. Confirm print dimensions, colour matching and any press-check request before approving the quote.

Relabelling can extend production time. Ask about finishing rates, labels, inserts and individual seller-customer fulfillment arrangements.

Domestic UPS Ground dispatch is from facility ZIP 92115. Split shipments are billed at current rates; arrange them before printing and boxing to avoid extra charges. Pickup is due within three days of notification, then storage is 10% of the invoice per day. After five business days, the order is treated as abandoned with another 30% fee. Exact carrier arrival dates are not guaranteed after handover.

Processing takes 1–2 business days; orders after noon Pacific Time begin the next business day, with peak and holiday delays possible. Domestic standard transit takes 5–7 business days, expedited 2–3 and overnight one. International timing varies; buyers pay customs, duties and taxes. Checkout freight uses weight, dimensions and destination; free standard shipping is offered above $200 within the USA. Tracking is sent after shipment. Ask which dollar currency applies.

Full payment is required before work under one payment condition; terms make payment due upon receipt and allow it during production. Cash, checks, ACH, PayPal and major cards are accepted. Send checks when the quote is approved. Standard-delivery orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours; refunds or deposit returns depend on progress, with penalties/restocking of at least 15%. Rush orders cannot change or cancel.

One clause starts after 30 business days; the fee table says 1.5% after 30 days, 3% after 60 days and another 1.5% for each subsequent 30-day period. Agree the applicable due date and basis.

Supply source and style numbers plus origin/material labels, and two extra pieces of each size/style; otherwise replacement cost up to two per style/colour can apply. Counting/inspection adds handling. Defects must be replaced before production. Contract spoilage allowance is 5% of imprints or at least one shirt per design and garment colour, whichever is greater; this is separate from garment-count over/under-runs of up to 10%. Exact quantities may add a fee and are unavailable on rush jobs.

A spoilage replacement may use a similar blend and colour; if declined, an equal- or lower-price alternative can be selected. For out-of-stock blanks, choose offered alternatives or wait without a guaranteed replenishment date. Manufacturer defects and delayed replacement stock can delay production.

Returns terms allow refunds for materially flawed blanks, inadequate decoration or material deviation from the approved design. Serious-misprint terms offer reprinting without refunds; refund amounts are discretionary. Routine misprints are not billed and usable extras may be included. Ask which remedy applies to your order.

Keep goods unused, unwashed and in original condition with tags. Buyers pay trackable return freight; original shipping is not refundable. Refund processing takes 7–10 business days after receipt and inspection. Exchanges can adjust price. Custom, personalised, clearance and final-sale items are excluded; report blank defects immediately with an order number and photograph for replacement or refund.
