109 Embroidery
109 Embroidery offers embroidery, direct-to-garment and direct-to-film printing, screen printing and transfers in New York.
EMBRIGGS is a Phoenix custom-apparel decorator offering embroidery, screen printing and direct-to-film printing for business uniform and merchandise programmes.
It provides proof-led ordering, branded company stores and US drop-shipping to client sites, events and staff.[1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
Headwear includes structured caps, beanies and patch hats; bags include totes and coolers. Women’s tailored fits are offered across categories. Agree blank brands, styles, fabric, sizes and stock. Example bulk projects of 12 polos or 10,000 tees do not specify a universal minimum.
Uniform and safety programmes and corporate company stores are available. Confirm the method, facility allocation, decoration dimensions and number of positions for your job.
Each screen-print colour requires a physical screen. Screen charges become nonrefundable once screens are made. Stitch files are kept for reorders; inactive screens may be reclaimed and charged again if remade. Agree any redraw, specialist setup, garment and decoration charges.
Price depends on garment cost, quantity, decoration type and location count. Supplier-cost changes can trigger a revised quote. Agree quantities, complete garment price, currency, tax and freight; embroidery setup and free shipping are separate from the garment price.
Send Pantone references. Agree the physical sample form, garment, price, eligibility and lead time. Free design proofs are a separate service.
Supplier blank availability also affects timing. Provide a fixed in-hands date before ordering and obtain written acceptance. Rush dates require prompt proof approval; a late approval removes the guarantee. Supplier-caused missed rush dates refund the rush charge only; the rest of the order stays payable.
Accepted vector formats are AI, EPS, portable document format and SVG; PNG, JPG, PSD and TIFF are also accepted. Low-resolution web images do not become sharp when enlarged. Discuss redraws, resolution, dimensions and positions before production.
Check spelling, artwork, colours, placement, design size and garment. A revised proof voids the earlier version, and all designs must be approved. Visible approved-proof errors are remade at the buyer’s cost.
Placement can vary by about ½–1 inch; ink, thread and dye-lot colours can shift, and multi-colour registration may be slightly off. Stitching can vary or pucker lightweight fabric; heat-press marks or sheen usually recover after washing. Up to 3% over or under may ship and be billed; extra stock can secure an exact count.
You must hold the necessary rights, and suspected infringing work may be declined or stopped. General terms permit finished-work portfolio/social use unless you opt out; production terms promise to ask first. The general terms take precedence. Artwork, stitch files and screens are retained for reorders.
Company accounts track orders, while one private link handles files, questions, proofs, approvals, status and messaging. Staff store orders count as the organisation’s orders. No minimum website fees are stated; pay for ordered goods. Agree access, location and programme terms.
Weight/charge tiers are up to 1 lb $7.95; 3 lb $9.95; 8 lb $12.95; 15 lb $16.95; 30 lb $24.95; above 30 lb $34.95. Charges retain the stated dollar symbol; agree currency and destination eligibility. Freight is not taxed.
The policy says free ground shipping over $500 and also eligibility on reaching $500 of goods before discount. Confirm eligibility at exactly $500. Two-day, overnight and other expedited services are charged separately even on qualifying orders. Phoenix collection is free.
For multiple sites, a company store can retain each address. Collection is at 4235 E. Wood Street, Phoenix, Arizona. Agree destination-specific transit and any retail merchant fulfilment or neutral-packaging requirement separately.
If you arrange the carrier, risk transfers on collection. Check delivery promptly; the defect notice period runs from delivery. Carrier delays, supplier shortages and late proof approval can affect the agreed schedule.
Undecorated goods use card checkout through Stripe. Approved business accounts may have agreed terms or bank transfer by arrangement. Large or first-time orders may need payment or a deposit before stock is bought. Purchase-order references are supported.
Freight is separately stated and not taxed. Arrange any valid exemption documentation and applicable account terms before ordering.
Photos and some affected pieces may be requested. General terms let the supplier choose a remake of affected pieces or a refund; production terms mention your preference and the fastest remedy, with general terms taking precedence. Supplier-supplied goods cover garment and decoration; customer goods cover decoration only.
Faulty-goods rights remain. Approved-proof errors, agreed tolerances, washing against care instructions and change of mind are excluded faults. Undecorated blanks may be returned within 14 days if unwashed, unworn and in original packaging; the customer pays return freight and possible supplier restocking.
Explain the item and material before sending; unsuitable items may be declined. Spoiled customer garments are not reimbursed or replaced: the decoration can be redone on a replacement you provide. Send spares—two or three in a run of 50 is suggested. Incoming goods are counted, and incoming shortfalls remain the customer’s responsibility.
After that, work done and stock bought are payable. Decoration already started cannot be cancelled. Screen setup is nonrefundable once screens are made; free embroidery digitising remains on file.
General terms allow portfolio use unless you opt out; production terms promise permission first. General terms take precedence, so record your restriction.[3, 6]
General terms reserve the supplier’s remedy choice, while production terms mention your preference. General terms take precedence; agree the fault remedy.[3, 6]
Free ground shipping is described both as over $500 and on reaching $500 before discount; confirm eligibility at exactly $500.[4, 6]
