Samples and lead times

Quotes have an under-30-minute response target. Mock-up and quote timing are separate from physical sampling and production; agree format and timing.

Artwork and print areas
- Send a logo, existing artwork, sketch or concept for stitch preparation.[2]
Discuss fine text and lines, patch size, thread colours, coverage, border and backing before production. Agree file formats and any numeric size limits.

Branding and packaging
- Choose 50%, 75% or 100% embroidery coverage on polyester twill or felt.[2]
Border options are merrowed, heat cut and laser cut. Backings include sew-on, iron-on, peel-and-stick and Velcro with both hook and loop sides. Size, shape, colour and application determine the final specification.
