How to order and pay
- An approved business wholesale account is required for stock pricing and orders; custom-production inquiries can be made without that account. Approval timing is stated, not tested; no account was created.[7]

Returns and misprints
- Endtee's returns policy, updated in May 2026, allows a return request within 28 days after delivery. Obtain return authorization before sending goods and put the authorization number on the parcel.[10]
Goods must be tried on only, unwashed, unstretched, resalable and unaffected in color, with original documents and unopened original packaging; ask how trying on fits the unopened-packaging condition. Report faults within 7 days of delivery for replacement, credit or refund. Endtee covers return postage for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. For unwanted returns, a discretionary restocking charge is GBP 30 or 20% of returned value, whichever is greater; exchanges and faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods are excepted.
