01

What they make

  • Services include printing.[1, 2]
  • Screen printing supports up to seven solid colours or full-colour process, with a standard area up to 14 by 16 inches. Direct-to-garment printing is also available.[2]
02

Minimums and pricing

  • Screen printing starts at 12 pieces per design; mixed garments can be arranged. Digital printing accepts one suitable shirt. Base pricing includes the shirt and standard printing without setup or screen fees; shipping, custom design and nonstandard print changes can cost extra.[2, 3]
03

Samples and lead times

  • Typical production takes 7–10 business days, with delays possible for backorders or irregular goods. Standard carrier transit is 1–5 business days. The primary reach is the continental United States; Alaska, Hawaii and other countries cost extra. Postal boxes, hotels, hostels and prisons are excluded destinations.[3]
  • Digital mockups support approval. A digital sample does not reproduce the bulk screen-print process, and physical screen samples are not generally offered as representative.[3]
04

Artwork and print areas

  • AI, CDR or EPS with outlined fonts is preferred. Other common image formats can require rebuilding; 300 dpi is preferred.[3]
05

Store integrations and API

  • The OTIS group link collects individual orders and card payments until a cutoff, then the organizer receives and distributes the shirts. Public designer availability differs between pages and should be checked.[2, 4]
