Minimums and pricing

MOJO starts at one piece for selected small orders; standard custom tees start at six and embroidery at twelve. The separate screen-printing service says no minimum. MOJO includes the garment and one full-colour print location, with extra locations charged separately. Numeric prices remain quote-based.

Samples and lead times
- MOJO production takes eight business days after proof approval and payment.[2, 5]
Stock and approval timing affect the schedule. Orders under eight business days carry a per-item rush fee. Limited 24-hour MOJO Express is restricted to eligible black or white shirts, a cutoff, available stock and capacity; availability is confirmed before payment. General custom-tee same-day rush wording does not make every MOJO order eligible.

Artwork and print areas
- Vector artwork or clean high-resolution artwork is used for screen printing.[3]
AI/EPS/SVG or portable document format vectors are suitable; clean high-resolution PNG or portable document format at final size may also work. Compressed screenshots are unsuitable. Quantity, colours, underbases, size, placement and garment fabric affect the quote.
- Embroidery area depends on the garment and construction.[4]
Left chest can reach about 4 in wide; cap fronts about 2–2.5 in tall by 4–4.5 in wide, with smaller sides/backs; full front/back about 10–12 in. Seams, zips, pockets, lining, padded bags and delicate fabric can prevent a placement. Small text and gradients may need redesign.

Branding and packaging
- Screen inks and embroidery finishes offer several decoration options.[3, 4]
Screen options include plastisol, water-based, discharge on suitable cotton darks, puff, metallic, reflective, high-density and glow inks. Embroidery includes 3D puff, metallic/neon threads, appliqué, names and monograms. Digitising is retained for reorders; a mock-up or stitch-out is approved when required.
