109 Embroidery
109 Embroidery offers embroidery, direct-to-garment and direct-to-film printing, screen printing and transfers in New York.
Bandanas, tote bags and custom patches are also offered. Projects include direct-to-film hats, screen-printed canvas totes, woven patches and cut-vinyl heat-press work. Can coolers and stickers are separate non-apparel products. Ask which blank styles are in stock.
Larger run examples include 10,000-plus screen pieces and 1,000-plus embroidery pieces. These examples are not fixed minimums or maximums. Contract screen-printing pricing starts at 244 pieces with appropriate apparel tax IDs. Ask how designs, garment colours and styles can be combined for eligibility.
Flashing light inks on dark garments for overprints adds $0.50 per shirt; colour changes cost $25 per colour; customer-supplied garments add $1.50 per item. Multiple print locations, specialty garments or inks, and rush work need a separate quote. Ask which dollar currency applies and what the complete garment price includes.
Customer-supplied items add $1.50 each. Up to 12 colours per logo carry no extra colour charge; difficult placements can change the price. Garments are priced separately from these service fees. Ask which dollar currency applies.
Embroidery artwork is digitised, and existing DST files from previous runs can be supplied. The supplier prepares the design and sends a proof for approval. File dimensions, maximum print area and colour matching need agreement.
Confirm the production address and dispatch location for your order.
Supplier garments or customer-supplied items can be used. An online invoice is sent for payment to start screen work. Embroidery payment arrangements must be finalised before entering the production schedule. Completion is notified by phone or email when the order is ready for pickup. Ask about deposits, cancellations and remedies for defects.
