204 Printing and Embroidery Services
204 Printing and Embroidery Services supplies and decorates apparel with embroidery, screen printing, vinyl and direct-to-film, based in Winnipeg.
Long sleeves, tanks, polos, jackets, vests, safety/work clothing, pants, shorts, aprons and bags are available, alongside youth, infant and toddler garments.
Mixed garments in a screen order require identical artwork at the same size. Customer-supplied garments are not accepted; GetBold sources and tests the garments it decorates. Numeric garment prices remain quote-based.
The mock-up must be approved and the 50% deposit received before production. Season and capacity affect timing; rush work may cost extra and is conditional. A mock-up response within 48 hours of order submission is separate from the production clock and shipping transit.
Digital proofs precede printing. Physical embroidery samples, sample garment ordering and related fees remain unspecified.
AI/EPS with outlined fonts is preferred. Portable document format, PSD, PNG and JPEG can work. Solid artwork needs sharp edges and Pantone Solid Coated colours. Simulated-process work uses layered PSD or suitable PNG/JPEG/portable document format; 35–40 DPI describes halftone dots, not source-file resolution.
Transparent PNG at 300 DPI is preferred; PSD, portable document format, AI/EPS and high-quality JPEG can also work. Fades to nothing are unsuitable; large solid transfers feel heavier and isolated fine detail may not adhere. RGB-to-CMYK colour shifts can occur.
Embroidery prefers vectors or 300 DPI PNG/JPG, with text around 0.25 in/6 mm or larger. Chest embroidery is generally 3–4 in wide and cap fronts 2–2.5 in tall; jacket backs depend on design. Appliqué favours bold 1–3 colour shapes, without fine distressing or gradients. Most prints stay about 1 in from seams, collars or pockets; suitable direct-to-film can go closer.
Primary plastisol inks are phthalate-free and made in North America. Metallic, puff and fluorescent inks are available. White discharge is offered; coloured discharge is generally not standard. Presses support 12 colours, but the online quote handles 8; more need a separate quote. Embroidery supports 16 thread colours. Hats and jackets use embroidery or transfers rather than screen printing.
Custom goods are not returnable for preference or approved choices. Report incorrect goods or proof mismatches within 7 days of receipt and obtain return authorisation. Supplier-fault assessment determines a discretionary refund, exchange or remake. Customer artwork remains theirs and needs consent for third-party sharing.
