Artwork and print areas

Graphic design includes up to four revisions unless agreed otherwise. Final approved custom-logo ownership transfers after full payment; arrange any restriction on displaying completed work in the supplier’s portfolio in writing.

Report issues within 5 business days of receipt with details and photos; report shipping damage immediately and retain packaging. A refund is not assured. The vehicle-wrap 3-month workmanship warranty does not cover apparel. Ask separately about destination coverage, rates, transit and direct fulfillment.

Returns and misprints
- The refund policy effective 27 June 2026 makes the 50% deposit non-refundable once a custom order is approved or scheduled.[3]
Cancellation before production can still require payment for completed work; cancellation is unavailable after production. Returns or exchanges require a supplier-caused manufacturing defect. The supplier chooses repair, reproduction, replacement, store credit or partial/full refund. Approved artwork errors, incorrect customer information or sizes, proof-to-product color variation, normal process variation, change of mind, third-party delays and completed or delivered goods are excluded except eligible defects.
- Report problems within five business days with order details and photos.[3]
Report shipping damage immediately and retain packaging for carrier coordination. The three-month vehicle-wrap warranty is separate from apparel; ask about any apparel warranty.
