For the same design applied to quantities 1–3, 4–6, 7–12, 13–24, 25–49, 50–99 and 100–249, printing per application costs GBP 10, 8.50, 5, 4.50, 4, 3.25 and 2.40 respectively. Embroidery per application costs GBP 10, 9.25, 6, 5.50, 5, 4.50 and 3.70 for those same bands. The surcharge above 20,000 stitches is GBP 12, 9.75, 9, 8, 7, 5.75 and 5.75 respectively. Quantities of 250 or more are quoted; embroidery above 80,000 stitches is not accepted. Each placement is charged separately. Blank-garment quantity breaks require the same exact product, rather than mixed styles. First-order setup costs are GBP 15 for an embroidered logo, GBP 5 for embroidered text, GBP 5 for a printed logo and GBP 3 for printed text.

A name or number costs GBP 4; a name and number costs GBP 6. Individual bagging in bags described as compostable costs GBP 0.60. These decoration charges exclude a complete blank-plus-decoration total; request that total and the supplier-selected print process for your order.

100 or more requires a quote. The garment is plain; VAT, decoration, setup and carriage are extra. The unconfigured zero-quantity total and changing estimated calendar dates do not define an order offer.

Plain garments are purchased as samples, not supplied free online. Return within 14 days requires the order reference/invoice, original packaging and untarnished condition; customized goods cannot be returned for sizing alone.

Supply the highest quality and resolution available and ask for the DPI and physical print dimensions for your chosen product. Use PNG or EPS for transparency, or request background removal. Specify requested Pantone colors in the order notes. Embroidery uses the closest thread color from the Madeira Pantone chart; minor color variation is permitted, so agree any critical match before approval. Approve the proof before production.

Individual bagging costs GBP 0.60 per garment in bags the supplier describes as compostable; ask for certification if that claim is a requirement. Request setup charges, label and insert minimums and managed-program prices in the quote.

Consultation-led API routes cover custom stores, mobile apps, enterprise ERP, BigCommerce, Magento, PrestaShop and Sitecore. Ask for the public endpoint documentation, account access and setup for your intended route.

GoCustom's plain-garment return window is 14 days after delivery, with original packaging, labels attached and the delivery note or sales order number. The customer pays return shipping; refund processing takes up to 7 working days. Customized goods can be returned for faults or supplier mistakes, not a change of mind about sizing. Approved proof errors are excluded. Ask for the applicable terms for a merchant-managed print-on-demand program, which may differ from these retail returns.

In-house services include screen printing, transfer printing, direct-to-garment printing, embroidery, artwork and digitization, measuring, relabeling, barcoding, retail bagging and tax tabbing. Ask for the GoCustom brand launch year or headquarters designation if either matters to your project.

It also describes an annual EcoVadis business sustainability assessment without a stated score or medal. Ask for current certificates, expiry dates, covered sites and the EcoVadis result. These company-management claims are separate from product certification.
