This Kilburn business supplies uniforms and workwear and offers in-house direct-to-film printing and embroidery.
Buyers can choose supplier garments or bring brand-new items for decoration.[1, 2, 3, 4, 6]
Also known as High Quality Prints & Embroidery Pty Ltd.
Named applications include shirts, hats, jackets, workwear, uniforms and sports uniforms. Bags, towels and promotional accessories are additional applications. Confirm garment and fabric suitability.
Artwork/design and logo digitising are also available. Discuss the most suitable decoration for your item; exact colour matching is not guaranteed.
Confirm selected blank availability and any different conditions for promotional or custom-manufactured items. Request a complete garment, artwork, decoration, tax and freight quote.
Arrange delivery. Unpacking costs AUD 0.60 per item if needed; repacking adds AUD 0.60 per item. Customer-garment embroidery has a 15% surcharge. Printing also has a customer-garment fee; agree its rate. The company disclaims replacing garments it did not supply and outcomes on unfamiliar fabrics or customer-supplied stitch files.
The competitor must be an established Australian uniform company; its website, quote or printed brochure must show the price and ABN prominently. Other embroidery, printing and promotional prices are considered for an attempted better price.
The printing and embroidery pages offer a free digital and physical approval sample, with extra samples at AUD 5 each. Confirm the sample format, substrate and any included garment. Purchased garment samples have separate purchase and return conditions.
Availability is limited to some brands. Request approval; return within 5 days of receipt, new and unworn with original packaging and labels. Customer pays return freight. Restocking is AUD 25 or 10%, whichever is greater, per brand; multiple items or repacking cost more. Credits exclude delivery and are discretionary. The terms do not offer free purchased samples.
Unbranded orders usually dispatch in 2–3 working days. Promotional or specialty items take 2–4 weeks; custom items requiring manufacturing take 4 weeks–3 months depending on the item. Agree the order and approval trigger. Inability-to-dispatch notification within 3 working days is a separate response commitment.
Digitising and setup are usually 1–2 working days. These are artwork stages, separate from garment dispatch and delivery. Production follows written approval.
AI, EPS or Portable Document Format files with assets converted to outlines are requested. Other artwork incurs a conversion fee. Agree print size and placement; intricate designs can show a small outer outline and a slightly plastic printed feel.
Complex logos may require EPS or AI vectors. Agree size, placement, thread colours and garment suitability before approval; a precise colour match is not guaranteed.
Basic edits after digitising cost AUD 20 per edit, or a new-design setup fee. Supplier-prepared artwork, mockups and proofs need permission for external use. Written approval is required; check placement, spelling, grammar and colours. Approved errors are the buyer’s responsibility. Hold the necessary logo rights. Applied decoration prevents cancellation.
Remote destinations, regional constraints, transport disruption, carriers, Customs, disasters and supplier-stock delays may affect timing. Extra freight or handling costs are notified before processing. Urgent orders may be possible at an agreed extra charge; arrival by a specified date is not guaranteed.
Routes include AS Colour, Aussie Pacific, Fashion Biz through Biz Collection, Gildan Brands, Grace Collection, JBs Wear, Ramo and Winning Spirit. Confirm styles, sizes, colours and availability with the company. Contact is by telephone, email or the contact form.
Terms require 50% upfront before processing and also state payment at order unless an account is established; unpaid orders are not processed or dispatched. Transactions are in AUD. Visa, Mastercard, Amex, debit cards, PayPal and cleared bank transfers are accepted. Most goods and services delivered in Australia incur 10% GST.
Request the returns form and return items unworn, with original packaging, labels and swing tags. Customer pays return and re-shipping freight. Restocking is AUD 30 or 15%, whichever is greater, per brand; multiple items or repacking cost more. Hygiene undergarments cannot be exchanged. Clearance exceptions cover faults, misdescription and stated legal grounds. Approved credits expire 12 months from return authorisation.
The uniform and promotional policy requests fault notice within 7 days of receipt and assessment before replacement or refund. Decorated-item wording gives 30 days to report faults. Confirm the applicable period for your order. Check size guides and measurements before ordering; manufacturer assessment may be needed.
Exact colour matching is not promised. Inspect polyester garments before wear; the company excludes pulled-thread damage arising during normal wear of 100% polyester. Agree suitability and fit before decoration.
Transferred stock can incur AUD 30 or 15%, whichever is greater, per brand. Prepared artwork cancellation starts at AUD 50 for embroidery and the print category labelled “DFT” in the terms. Fees may include artwork, setup, restocking or the full decorated-job price. No cancellation fee applies if the company cannot fulfil the order. Approved colour or size changes cost at least AUD 15; additions before dispatch require full payment.
Overdue accounts stop supply at 45 days; beyond 52 days a final notice allows 7 days; beyond 60 days debt collection may follow. A 20% unpaid-debt recovery charge plus additional costs is stated. Compound interest is 2% per month on daily balances. Confirm account eligibility and terms before requesting credit.
