02

- Art and setup are included; a full-color UV patch usually adds USD 2–3 per hat.[2, 4, 5]
- Value blanks on single-colorway runs of at least 72 hats may cost around USD 14, or sometimes USD 12 on larger quantities, by quote.[2, 4, 5]

Samples and lead times
- A free digital mockup usually arrives within a couple of business days; physical samples depend on availability, price and freight.[2]

- Custom orders usually ship in 1–2 weeks after art approval; large runs may take 2–3 weeks.[2]
- Reorders usually ship inside a week when blanks are stocked, or around 2 weeks when blanks must be brought in.[2]

Branding and packaging

- Your logo and custom art are kept off the website and social channels, and are not offered to other customers without written permission.[2, 3]
05

Worth knowing
Where their pages disagree
