Pantone matching is $25.00 per matched color per 1,000 g. A live screen up to 12 × 14 inches costs $35.00 per screen; a standard screen up to 14 × 18 inches costs $45.00 per screen. These are setup and decoration charges, separate from garment prices. Screen-print price-break quantities are 56, 250, 500, 1,000, 2,500, 5,000 and 10,000 or more. Embroidery breaks are 36, 72, 144, 288, 576 and 1,152; direct-to-film breaks are 20, 50, 100, 200, 300, 500 and 1,000.

Mixed screen-print orders require 14 per garment color and 28 per printed-design color while meeting the 56-piece total. Different equipment setups may require separate minima; changing print size creates a separate production run. Price-break quantities are not minimums.

Approved supplied-garment work carries a 10% handling fee and another 10% for goods valued at $75 or more each. No base unit price; currency is not explicitly labeled in the reviewed fee text. Contract work requires explicit acceptance.

Acceptance depends on in-house stock, and freight is separate. General prose suggests 10% per day, which differs from the table at 3 days and below; agree the applicable rush charge and schedule before ordering.

Accepted supplied-garment contract work is 10–14 business days after PO approval, goods receipt and required payment. Extra finishing and rush conditions change timing; contract payment wording differs across sections, so ask which payment requirement starts your order clock.

MAYB | TMRW prefers vector artwork: AI, EPS, SVG or PDFs for vectors and PSD, TIFF or PDFs for raster artwork. Changing a filename extension does not turn raster art into vectors. Simple design help may be available; complex art separation costs extra. Provide brand and style, quantity per product, placements, imprint color counts and due date. Ask for the required numeric resolution.

MAYB | TMRW's live-screen setup category is up to 12 × 14 inches; its standard-screen category is up to 14 × 18 inches. Choose the garment and placement before agreeing the usable area. These are screen setup dimensions; ask separately for embroidery limits.

Printed tags, sewn labels, folding and polybagging are described as additional services; default packaging is bulk-folded by size unless otherwise contracted. Additional finishing increases quoted lead time; service-specific minimum is 56 pieces.

Approve through the software button and typed signature; email alone does not complete approval. The cutoff is 3 pm EST Monday–Friday; approvals after that cutoff move supplier ordering to the next day.

Standard orders require full prepayment and approved artwork. Supplied goods are accepted case by case, must be new/unworn/unwashed and staff-approved, and require a waiver; contract terms describe a 50% deposit with balance before release. General full-prepayment wording and contract 50/50 provisions coexist; confirm applicability. The provided-goods sentence in Terms is incomplete.

Embroidery requires text at least 0.25 inch high and lines at least 0.05 inch thick. Screen prints using different image sizes need separate runs and minima; below-minimum screen-print requests switch to digital transfers. Capacity figures and stitch speeds are not minimum order quantity or turnaround guarantees.

Cancellation ends once production or garment manipulation starts. Completed orders are nonrefundable. Request a production-error reprint within 72 hours of receipt; staff approval and returned items are required, with a supplier-provided return label. Undetected blank defects within the spoilage allowance and customer-approved artwork errors are excluded. Placement may vary by up to one inch in each direction.
