Labels, tags and bags have a 500-piece minimum; cards and kits have a one-piece minimum. Branding stock is prepaid, stored and applied to future fulfillment; cards and kits are applied per order. Ask whether tax and shipping are included. These are branding-piece charges, separate from complete garment prices.

Branding stock has a 500-piece minimum. At quantities 500 / 1,000 / 2,000, USD prices per piece are: damask woven label, 2 × 4 or 4 × 5 cm, 0.50 / 0.40 / 0.30; satin printed neck label, 6 × 7.5 cm, 0.50 / 0.40 / 0.30; nylon taffeta neck label, 2.5 × 5.6 cm, 0.40 / 0.30 / 0.20; paper hangtag, 4 × 8.9 cm, 0.50 / 0.40 / 0.30. Quantities above 2,000 require a quote. These are branding-piece charges, not garment prices.

At table quantities 500 / 1,000 / 2,000, USD prices per piece are: plastic zipper bag, 25 × 35 cm, 0.70 / 0.55 / 0.40; fabric packing bag, 25 × 35 cm, 0.40 / 0.30 / 0.20; plastic mailer bag, 20 × 30 cm, 0.70 / 0.55 / 0.40; paper thank-you card, 12 × 8 cm, 0.50 / 0.40 / 0.30; ornament kit, A5, 0.80 / 0.70 / 0.60; clothing kit, A5-Clothes, 1.10 / 1.00 / 0.90; home-decor kit, A6, 0.60 / 0.50 / 0.40. Bags have a 500-piece minimum, while cards/kits have a one-piece minimum. The same 500/1,000/2,000 table headers appear for cards/kits, so ask for small-order prices. Above 2,000 pieces requires a quote. These are packaging-piece charges, separate from garment prices.

Payment options include Payoneer, bank transfer, PayPal and PingPong. Top-up fees vary by method; balance and payment fees are separate from garment prices.

The fulfillment-and-shipping estimates are 3–5 business days express, 5–8 fast and 8–10 standard; these combine fulfillment and shipping rather than measuring transit alone. A 20% sample discount is offered; ask which orders qualify and whether freight is discounted. These terms were checked 16 October 2026.

The generic tee guide recommends transparent PNG artwork at 4200 × 4800 px, 300 DPI and CMYK. Product-, style- and size-specific requirements and templates take precedence. Ask for physical print dimensions; this guidance does not supply them.

Hangtags, bags, inserts and packaging kits are available. Branding stock is prepaid, stored and applied to future fulfillment orders. Ask for the selected branding item’s dieline or template; there is no single garment-print template for these options.

Afghanistan, Iran, Somalia, Syria and Venezuela are listed as unavailable.

Qualifying Vietnam-to-EU orders incur USD 3.50 per product type from 2026-06-22 across 27 listed EU destinations. Vietnam-to-Romania adds USD 5.75 per package. Collected import fees are nonrefundable after dispatch for undeliverable, refused or returned parcels. These are supplier fee-allocation rules, separate from a customs-duty schedule.

Merchize describes in-house manufacturing/fulfillment locations in Vietnam and the US, with partner regions in the UK, EU, Australia and China. Partner operators are unnamed; this does not establish their legal ownership or assign a selected product to a particular site.

Accepted supplier faults can receive replacement or a fulfillment-cost refund, with no item return required for the approved replacement route. More than 2 cm deviation from the size chart qualifies for replacement; small variation is allowed. Incorrect artwork or address and customer-selected size, design or color normally remain the seller’s responsibility. Other general-return sections describe approved returns with customer-paid freight and 3–5-business-day refund processing. Ask which route applies; general gift/sale return wording does not define every POD claim remedy.
