Agree current pricing, currency, tax and freight; these quantities describe the packages.
Get an emailed price quote before quoting your customer. Volume pricing needs volume locks or guarantees; agree the quantities and commitments.
This is garment viewing; agree any separate decorated-sample request, cost and timing.
Gildan 5000 is stocked for rush work. Send vector-ready art and a quantity/size breakdown for a quote. A separate capability estimate allows orders received by 10 am to produce up to 4,000 one-colour shirts by the following business-day end; multicolour work takes longer. Agree which offer applies and the approval/payment cutoff.
General orders take an estimated 3–5 business days, with a separate estimate of 4–5 business days. Direct-to-film orders take an estimated 3–5 days; ask whether these are business days and which route, start trigger, completion/dispatch date and transit apply to your order.
Ask about programme eligibility, order flow, fulfilment, costs and current access.
Confirm an updated address before reshipping. Agree outbound carriers, destinations, freight, delivery timing and any individual-customer fulfillment requirements.
Lost-package claims are due within 30 days after estimated delivery. Supplier-error claims are covered at its expense. Reprinting for a material difference from approved art requires returning the original garments; sizing issues and buyer remorse are excluded.
A 25% restocking fee and customer-paid return shipping apply. Printed items are not exchangeable.
The process starts when an online order is placed or an in-person/phone Sales Order is sent. Fully paid pickup orders are held one year, followed by attempted email contact and one month’s grace before donation.
The showroom is 1,000 square feet with 10,000 square feet of production space. Agree current job allocation and capabilities.
Equipment includes a 2015 M&R SportsMan 10-colour automatic, a 1991 Javelin 6-colour automatic, a 2008 TAS 6-colour jumbo/oversized press and four manual presses; two M&R Sprint 28-foot gas dryers are paired to provide 26 feet of hot air. Embroidery machines include 2004 six-head, 2008 single-head and 2022 six-head Barudan machines. Ask which equipment will handle your order.
General estimates vary between 3–5 and 4–5 business days; contract completion is 5–7 days including preparation and packing. Direct-to-film takes an estimated 3–5 days. Ask whether contract and direct-to-film estimates use business days and which route and start apply.[1, 2, 4]
Cancellations are ruled out, but requests may be accommodated without guarantee. Agree any exception before ordering.[6]
