109 Embroidery
109 Embroidery offers embroidery, direct-to-garment and direct-to-film printing, screen printing and transfers in New York.
Direct-to-garment orders can include 1,000 shirts; ask for the maximum run, other method minimums and full prices. Basic direct-to-garment artwork preparation and layout have no setup charge, but designing new graphics can add a fee. Basic embroidery preparation is free; special logo or graphic digitising adds a one-time setup charge based on size and complexity.
Requirements, workload and shipping time affect readiness. Ask when timing starts and what completion, dispatch and arrival dates apply.
View completed work at the shop; ask whether you can order, borrow or receive a mailed sample and what it costs.
The garment is printed directly and heat-set. The supplier gives process capabilities of up to 16 million colours and 600 DPI; these are separate from an artwork-file requirement or maximum print area. Basic preparation is free, while graphics created from scratch can cost extra.
Choose from more than 5,000 designs in 25 categories, modify stock text and colours, or supply a logo for digitising. Special digitising setup depends on size and complexity. Agree stitch counts, file format, dimensions, garment compatibility and labels or packaging.
Solid and metallic colours can be layered. Spectra Cut II transfer vinyl comes in 22 colours and is washable and dry-cleanable; the brand refers to transfer vinyl.
Retail ordering for its own designs. Ask whether a seller integration, API, automated order routing or individual customer fulfillment is available.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm; Saturday by appointment. Contact by phone, email or an in-person visit. Ask which legal entity and production location handle your order, where it ships from, and what payment and defect-remedy conditions apply.
