02

What they make

  • The apparel range includes T-shirts, hats/headwear and workwear.[1]
  • Screen printing, direct-to-garment printing and embroidery are offered.[1, 2, 3, 4]
03

Minimums and pricing

  • The print run starts at 50 units per design with the same-size artwork. Tag work, badges, embroidery and bagging each have their own 50-unit minimum.[2, 4]
  • Artwork redrawing costs $50 per hour plus GST. Sorting supplied garments can add $1 per garment plus GST, with a $50 minimum charge. Quotes last 14 days. Ask which currency applies.[2, 3]
04

Samples and lead times

  • Blank samples are billed per piece, arrive without printing and are not credited to the order. Digital mockups are provided for approval and are not to scale.[2]
  • After payment and complete order, artwork and garment details, screen printing is estimated at 12–15 business days and hats or embroidery at 17–20 business days, plus shipping. Out-of-hours payment moves the start to the next day; complex work can take longer.[2]
05

Branding and packaging

  • Screen printing supports up to ten spot colours or full-colour process. Tag removal or application, badges and bagging are additional services.[2, 3]
06

Shipping and fulfillment

  • Australia-wide shipping is offered. Additional carrier estimates: one to two business days locally, three to four for Sydney or Melbourne, five to six for Adelaide and six to eight for Perth or rural destinations. Ask which area qualifies as local.[1, 2]
07

How to order and pay

  • Supplied garments are accepted at the buyer’s risk and must be counted, split and labelled by print. Standard deposits follow the invoice; express work requires full payment. Supply print-ready vector artwork or 300 dpi raster files at print size, with text outlined.[2]
