Phoenix Lettering customizes varsity jackets, sweaters and chenille/chainstitch patches from its Phoenix business.
Its All-Star leather jacket package combines a US-made wool/leather jacket with personalized school patches.[1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Also known as Phoenix Lettering, Inc.
The All-Star leather-sleeve jacket uses heavyweight melton wool and genuine leather, front snaps, two welt pockets and wool-blend knit trim. It is US-made with a unisex athletic fit and XS–XXXL size options; dry clean only.
Ask separately about jacket and sweater quantity requirements.
Includes a leather-sleeve jacket plus student-name, graduation-year, school-name, large-mascot and mascot-name patches. One provided varsity-letter sew-on is included; additional patches or letters cost USD 5 each. Agree your configuration price: the terms list a 2013 price-effective date and allow changes.
XXL +USD 25; XXXL +35; long length (+2 inches) +25; quilted lining +25; rolled collar +20; hooded collar +30. Arizona orders attract sales-tax collection; shipping is quoted at order. Agree final price, availability, tax and freight before ordering.
Remote customers can use the size chart; this service covers fit viewing, separate from a custom decorated sample.
October–January jackets/sweaters take approximately 8–10 weeks; other seasons 5–7 weeks. Patches take 4–6 weeks in busy months or 2–3 weeks off season. The current All-Star product estimate is 8 weeks. Agree which estimate applies, the start trigger and shipment date; transit is separate.
Prior return authorization is required; worn or soiled goods are not accepted. Custom goods are final except supplier error, and the supplier examines workmanship/material claims. Cancellation cutoffs differ between production starting and approval; ask which applies.
Jacket completion is seasonal at 5–7 or 8–10 weeks; the current All-Star estimate is 8 weeks. Agree the applicable estimate and start stage.[3, 4, 5]
Carrier options differ between UPS for all products and UPS or USPS. Ask which carrier serves your destination.[3, 6]
Change and cancellation cutoffs differ between production starting and approval. Ask which stage binds your order.[3, 5]
