Returns and misprints
- For standard orders, report damaged/defective items within seven days of delivery; wrong products, color/quality problems, peeling or missing items have a ten-day window. Submit photos/video and the label.[12]
Accepted supplier faults receive replacement or a 100% refund. Lost-tracking claims have different waiting windows by origin, destination and season, rather than immediate refunds. Cancellation is allowed only before production; the page also states a seven-calendar-day cancellation/refund limit from purchase, so ask which clock applies. On the separate production-only private-label route, accepted wrong-design, size or product claims within ten days may receive 130% of the product base price. Many carrier/shipping issues fall outside that production-only responsibility;
