Minimums and pricing
- Direct embroidery starts at 10 pieces for an initial design and one piece for repeat production. Digitized design files are retained for two years.[6]
- Direct embroidery is quoted after artwork digitization; up to six colors do not change the base price by color count. The 5 × 5 cm example lists JPY 7,500 digitizing separately from garment and stitching costs.[6]

Returns and misprints
