109 Embroidery
109 Embroidery offers embroidery, direct-to-garment and direct-to-film printing, screen printing and transfers in New York.
Pro Image Crest offers direct embroidery of shirts, hats and bags alongside custom crests, patches and shoulder-slide epaulettes.
Standard embroidered garment orders start at 24 items, with a separate paid single-item sample route. Buyers receive a design- and quantity-based CAD quote.[1, 2, 3]
Garment work includes shirts, hats, bags, cases, straps and compatible fabric items. Accessory work includes crests, patches, logos, badges, insignia and shoulder-slide epaulettes.
Choose laser-cut or lock-stitched merrow edges, with extra-bright satiny thread or extra-colourfast, bleach-resistant thread.
Garment quantity breaks are 36, 48, 60, 72, 100, 150, 200, 250, 500, 750 and 1,000. Paid direct-embroidery samples are a separate quantity-one route; agree whether garments and designs can be mixed. Request a complete CAD quote, including applicable design, setup, tax and S&H.
Quantity breaks are 50, 75, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 400, 500, 600, 750, 1,000, 1,500, 2,000, 3,000, 4,000, 5,000 and higher. Some large or specialty items may be available in smaller quantities, subject to resources. These are quantity breaks, rather than posted unit prices.
Pair-quantity breaks are 2, 3, 6, 12, 24, 36, 48, 60, 72, 84, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 400, 500, 750 and 1,000.
Credits are CAD 25 for a CAD 200–349 order, CAD 50 for CAD 350–499, and CAD 75 for CAD 500 or more. Small adjustments to existing artwork are usually free; custom design is a separate service from free design proofing and physical sampling.
Crests, patches, epaulettes and helmet shields add S&H and applicable Canadian taxes. Metal, PVC and silicone items usually have a quoted one-time mould or die fee. Direct garment embroidery setup and sample charges follow their own quote.
The same-design digitising fee is not charged again for the full order or later repeat orders. The standard garment order minimum remains 24 items.
Crests, patches, logos, epaulettes and helmet shields are embroidered as one sample item. Choose an emailed high-definition colour scan, physical shipment or both. A quoted sample fee may be partly credited to a quantity order without significant changes. Paid orders include a final-approval sample scan.
Production starts after the latest of cleared payment, design approval when using the design service, and final sample approval when a sample was ordered. Starts avoid weekends; statutory holidays and late-December/early-January delays can extend scheduling. Rush availability and approximately 20% of subtotal are agreed with the quote.
Standard category A is up to 3 weeks, usually less; B is 3 weeks; C garments are 3–4 weeks. Rush, when available, is up to 2 weeks for A, 2 weeks for B, and 2–3 weeks for C, at approximately 20% extra on the order subtotal. The payment and conditional approval triggers apply to every category.
A covers standard cloth, felt or velvet crests with standard or gold/silver metallic thread and standard, Fibecloth, PVC, heat-seal or peel-and-stick backing. B covers all metal items; epaulettes; glow-in-the-dark thread or metallic colours other than silver/gold; Velcro (hook-and-loop) or magnetic backing; offset-printed crests; moulded soft PVC or silicone crests/items; leather crests; woven labels, ribbons and uniform stripes. C covers all garments.
The design team develops and revises sketches from buyer feedback. Free design proofing checks proven designs and new finished artwork; initial custom design uses the deposit service.
Shipping category A is under 500 crests, 200 pairs of epaulettes, 100 metal pins/badges or 100 moulded PVC/silicone items. B covers greater quantities or any garments. Very small garment or metal orders may qualify for A by size and weight; agree boundary quantities and unlisted items.
In CAD, category A is 16.99 within Canada or 19.99 to the USA; B is 24.99 within Canada or 29.99 to the USA. Production occurs separately before shipping. Other-country prices and speeds are quoted with the order form; applicable tax and duties are separate.
In CAD, category A is 34.99 within Canada or 39.99 to the USA; B is 46.99 within Canada or 49.99 to the USA. ASAP price and speed depend on package size, weight and destination.
Availability depends on location and the chosen S&H service. Default handling may leave a package, arrange redelivery or advise collection.
The response goal is the same day if possible, or the next business day; this is a quote-response target rather than a production promise.
Card, wire, email transfer, Interac and PayPal payments normally clear the same day, excluding e-checks and after-hours timing. Money orders and certified cheques clear one day after arrival; cheques or e-checks may take 1–2 weeks or longer. Production follows the latest applicable payment and approval prerequisite.
Return the order and the supplier promises to make it right on a rush basis at no charge, including shipping.
If the rush service is late, the supplier charges the closest applicable service and refunds the difference. Its example compares departure from the shipping bay with the agreed rush schedule. If the courier fails the chosen delivery time, the S&H charge is refunded.
