Quotes use BSD unless otherwise specified, are subject to applicable VAT, remain valid for 14 days and lock when the deposit is paid. Rush, expedited delivery and design changes may add fees. Request the garment unit-price breakdown and a configured delivered quote.

DTF gang-sheet price examples are BSD 20 for the listed 12×24 format and BSD 35 for 36×12. The listed sheet sizes do not state their unit; these are transfer-sheet prices, not finished garment prices or supported placement dimensions. VAT and delivery follow the terms.

Custom-tee design proofs are available on request, with approval required before production and 48 hours allowed for buyer review. Digital/artwork proof is not a physical garment sample or production lead time; sample garment fee/credit is unpublished.

Exact garment scope and clock start require the accepted quote; no transit inference.

Buyers must review and approve their files and are responsible for spelling, resolution, color, alignment, sizing and copyright or trademark issues in submitted artwork. Design assistance costs extra.

Generic nationwide business marketing is not a delivery-country table.

Custom jobs require 50% deposit and full payment before collection/delivery. Deposits are generally nonrefundable except when the shop cannot fulfill the job. No transaction or order workflow executed; specific accepted quote governs.

Customer-supplied garments/materials fall under a policy disclaiming damage/loss liability. Items left more than 30 days may be disposed of after attempted contact. Ask whether the selected fabric or garment is accepted and which risk terms apply before sending it.

Production errors or defects may qualify for reprint or refund if reported within seven days; approved buyer-artwork mistakes are excluded. Ask how these supplier terms apply to the particular claim and any legal rights; they do not promise every quality outcome.

Terms updated 2025-02-12 make custom sales final once production begins, with refund or reprint exceptions for Royal’s errors: incorrect size, wrong color or mismatch, content differing from the approved proof, material or manufacturing defects, or production damage. Report quality issues within 7 days of receipt; later complaints receive no refund or reprint. Errors in a proof you approved are your responsibility when the goods match that proof.

Buyers have 48 hours to review proofs and must approve before production. After approval the terms disallow changes and cancellation, while also stating requested changes incur fees and may extend timing; resolve any requested change with Royal before proceeding.

General claim liability is capped at the order amount. The terms exclude warranties for material quality beyond manufacturing defects, color accuracy, durability and fitness for a particular purpose.
