Shipping and fulfillment
- Retail parcel rates are separate from custom screen-printing production and delivery terms. Retail standard, medium and large domestic parcels cost AUD 10, AUD 20 and AUD 30; international parcels are AUD 50.[1]
The AUD 10 dangerous-goods rate is ACT-only and is not an apparel tariff. Retail dispatch is usually within two working days except Christmas. Transit is estimated at 1–3 business days for ACT/NSW, 3–7 for other or rural Australia, and 2–4 weeks internationally. PO boxes are accepted; import duties are the receiver’s responsibility. Confirm custom-print delivery separately.

Returns and misprints
