Samples and lead times
- Undecorated trial garments are invoiced normally. With a subsequent decorated purchase and timely sample return, the sample policy offers 100% credit including initial shipping.[1]

Confirm the deadline: instructions refer both to 14 days after receipt for ordering and two weeks after ordering for return.
- POD production usually takes 2–4 working days.[3]
- Usually a few working days; product page governs. Optional expedited production/dispatch stated within 24 hours, not universal delivery.[7]
- Samples can be returned within two weeks. A later real order can qualify for full sample invoice/shipping refund; otherwise 75% credit is offered. Ask about eligibility and conditions.[8]

Store integrations and API
- POD connections support Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, Etsy, TikTok Shopping and YouTube. Connection is free from 50 orders per month; below 50 orders the monthly base fee is EUR 99 plus VAT.[3]
This is an account/program threshold, not a garment MOQ. Shirtking.cloud version 2 is in closed beta; account access is required for the full product range.

Returns and misprints
- The webshop satisfaction program allows unused, clean, undamaged garments to be returned within 15 days of receipt. Contact the team with a photo and a description, then return the item.[5]
After review, choose a voucher or a remake with requested changes. This program supplements statutory rights and is separate from any negotiated POD customer-return agreement; response time is usually 1–2 working days.

About the company
- Eligible orders can use GOTS 7.0 production on request; digital printing uses OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certification. GOTS requires suitable certified textiles and compliant production steps.[4]
Specify the requirement before ordering; ordinary orders are not automatically GOTS-certified. The scope here is eligible ordered production and digital printing, respectively.
