123 Sign
123 Sign is an Orlando print and graphics business offering T-shirt decoration, embroidery and custom apparel printing.
Stage 3 Printing is a Phoenix garment decorator offering screen printing, embroidery and direct-to-film transfers.
It accepts customer-supplied garments at buyer risk and provides blind third-party shipping using supplied recipient details.[1, 2, 3]
Also known as Stage 3 Printing, Inc.
Priority reservation is $50; a 1–3-business-day rush is $100, subject to prior authorization and capacity. Raster separations are $25–60; CMYK film separation 35.00; later virtual revisions 5.00; image research 10.00. Direct-to-film has a 25-per-image minimum charge. These service fees are separate from garment prices; ask which currency applies.
Shipping changes after the completion email add $10 per shipment; overdue invoices can incur up to 5% late fees. Ask about the handling fee and any miscellaneous colour-change, screen or dropship charges.
CMYK preproduction proofs are also offered if time permits. Agree price and sample lead time. The virtual proof process includes one proof and one courtesy revision; further revisions can be charged.
The clock starts after art approval and merchandise receipt. Reorders normally take 4–8 business days for screen and 7–12 for embroidery. Business days use a Monday–Thursday production week, excluding holidays. An alternative new/repeat schedule is 5–7 business days plus three days for job-ticket/proof preparation. For events, the estimate is 8–12 business days after art approval and product availability. FLEX dates are not guaranteed; ask which schedule applies.
Photoshop, TIFF and PNG are accepted raster options. Specify art size, placement, ink/thread colours and garment style. Stage 3 owns its separation preparation; the underlying artwork remains yours.
Coated Pantone numbers or physical colour references can guide colour matching, but exact matches are not guaranteed. PMS matching has no charge; direct-to-film cannot reproduce Pantone colours.
Shipments carry no Stage 3 markings; customer FedEx/UPS accounts and labels are accepted. Default service is FedEx Ground; express, UPS, Phoenix courier and freight options are available. Carrier, weight, size, destination and residential status affect freight. No USPS, PO Box or FPO/APS shipping. International orders require customs documents and labels.
Completed orders after pickup ship the next business day. Transit depends on the carrier; local Phoenix courier options include 1–4 hours. Agree insurance: terms mention both 100 default cover and no default insurance.
Goods must be properly prepared and suitable for decoration. Customer-blank misprints and manufacturer defects are not covered. Blanks bought through Stage 3 can receive an approximate vendor-stock replacement when Stage 3 accepts responsibility.
Reprints, rather than refunds, apply to mistakes differing from approved art, subject to the spoilage policy. Return misprints for evaluation; goods already distributed are not replaced. Manufacturer defects, customer-blank problems and proof-approved errors are excluded. Unclaimed goods after 30 days may be donated.
A 2024 clause says 100 pieces or fewer are guaranteed in full, while another uses under 100. Above 100 pieces, below 2% spoilage, embroidery or up-to-two-colour screen replacement blanks are decorated free; above two colours, replacement decoration is paid. Agree exact counts and applicable SanMar PSST return conditions.
New screen jobs have a 7–10-business-day schedule and embroidery 10–15; an alternative schedule is 5–7. For events, the estimate is 8–12, using a Monday–Thursday production week. Ask which schedule applies.[2, 4]
Detailed terms describe no-charge 2024 reproofing, while separate terms quote 20.00. Agree current reproof charges.[2, 4]
The policy includes a 2% spoilage allowance and 100-or-fewer guarantees, but also says under 100. Agree exact counts and replacement treatment.[2]
Shipping terms refer both to default 100 insurance and no default insurance. Agree the actual cover and currency.[2]
