109 Embroidery
109 Embroidery offers embroidery, direct-to-garment and direct-to-film printing, screen printing and transfers in New York.
Youth apparel, quarter-zips, scarves, gloves and several bag types are also listed. Screen printing and embroidery are imprint options; other selected-product setup examples include digital print, pad print, heat transfer, sublimation and laser etching. Allocation to each garment and exact blank styles need agreement.
PMS matching, where available, is typically $50 per colour, including reorders. Vectoring costs $25, waived on order completion. Setup is charged on reorders, with discounts on selected products. Extra colours or print locations add run charges; many products include one colour in one location. These fees are separate from garment prices; ask which dollar currency applies.
Unusually low, zero and penny prices are excluded from binding site prices. Coupons are generally one use per customer, cannot be combined and apply only at website pricing within stated item and time restrictions. Price matching is an attempt for the same item; the potential next-order discount is conditional.
Material, colour and packaging variations can occur. A free digital proof is normally approved in writing before printing; rush work waives it, and requesting a rush proof can delay the date. Incorrect buyer-approved artwork is redone at the buyer’s cost. Ask about sample cost, decoration, freight and lead time.
Size, artwork and process complexity affect the estimate; shipping is additional. Selected items and imprint methods have 24–48-hour rush production. Camera-ready art, stock, proof delays, process problems, weather and carrier delays can affect the date; this is not universal next-day delivery.
AI/EPS should be Illustrator CC or earlier, with fonts outlined and links embedded. Package InDesign files with fonts and links. For portable document format, embed fonts or export generic EPS. Photoshop PSD/EPS needs fonts embedded or included; conversion can delay the order. CMYK is preferred; RGB conversion may shift colour. Send all art and instructions together. Artwork may be resized to the item’s maximum imprint area; request original sizing if it fits.
Low-resolution graphics can be recreated as stitches. Non-serif fonts are preferred; small text may be changed or omitted. Artwork may be stored for up to 12 months, with removal on request. Obtain reproduction rights for submitted designs; unsuitable or infringing artwork may be refused.
Orders are delivery-only, with no pickup. FedEx or UPS is generally used; some APO/FPO addresses are unsupported. Request signatures when needed. An own carrier account may add handling, and charges can adjust with carrier rates. Two-day, three-day or overnight transit is separate from production. Production may be rushed instead of expedited freight if the arrival date is met. Title passes at carrier acceptance; ask about individual merchant-customer fulfillment.
Provide evidence of damage. Replacement processing is 5–7 business days plus ground transit; rush freight costs extra. Damage or breakage below 10% is credited for the affected portion. This replacement clock is separate from normal order production.
The network includes partners throughout the United States and Asia. Ask which producer and factory will make your order, who owns the factory and where it will ship from.
Major debit and credit cards, a validated PayPal account and checks are accepted. Checks hold the order until clearing, normally 3–5 business days. Resellers provide a seller permit. Up to 10% over- or under-production may be shipped and billed or credited.
Changes and cancellations are barred after approval for production. The agreement makes changes or cancellation uncertain after order approval, with a minimum $50 charge plus completed work, setup, artwork, shipping and restocking costs; ask which currency applies.
A return authorization and special return address may be issued. Returns can be refused and apply only to blank orders; printed products and unauthorized returns are excluded. Transferable manufacturer warranties are passed on; the agreement limits supplier liability to the purchase price, subject to applicable law.
