Currency is unspecified. Screens are not stored; repeat designs still incur the re-setup. Embroidery is stitch-priced with a one-time setup and no repeat setup for the same design. Request the separate garment, print, tax and freight quote.

Samples and lead times
- Heat-transfer sampling is offered; screen-printed samples are unavailable.[4]
A separate high-resolution, to-scale digital approval is supplied after order confirmation and deposit receipt. Agree sample price and timing.
- Lead time is 10 business days after artwork approval and deposit receipt.[4]
Agree the completion or dispatch date and allow transit separately. Rush requests are considered individually.

Artwork and print areas
- Accepted files include AI, PSD, Illustrator portable document format and EPS.[4]
A true-to-size artwork approval is provided. Final approval normally locks the design; subsequent changes depend on what remains possible.
- Screen-print limits are 42×50 cm on dark tees and 40×48 cm on light tees.[4]
Discuss oversized work and the placement possible on your garment. Event-print sizes are separate.

Branding and packaging
- Replace garment labels, attach custom swing tags or add barcodes and individual fold-and-bag finishing.[4, 6]
Woven labels start at 50; printed labels at 15; swing tags at about 100, depending on material; barcodes at 100. Finishing starts at 50 apparel pieces or 30 headwear/accessories. Satin is also listed. Tag attachment and compostable-bag options cost extra; agree specifications.

Shipping and fulfillment
- Delivery costs are quoted separately; whole orders can go to one reseller customer.[4]
Orders are not split into hundreds of individual customer shipments. Sydney-metro same-day couriers are an option. General major-city/metro transit is usually next day or two business days, without a guarantee. Collect from Waverley on weekdays, 9:30–18:00.

How to order and pay

Credit card and bank transfer are accepted. Quote replies have a two-hour target, separate from production.
- Customer garments need prior supplier, fabric-composition and colour review.[4]
Pre-worn or washed garments are not accepted; supply one or two spares. Agree any garment-loss remedy before sending stock.
- Range planning covers design, sourcing and production options for merchandise collections.[4]
Development starts at six SKUs per season or collection, alongside the production minimum for each item. Local and offshore options are discussed; agree suppliers, countries, costs and schedules.
