12ozCollective
12ozCollective offers screen printing, embroidery, private labeling and apparel prototyping, with a Columbia Falls, Montana facility and business-to-business and direct-to-consumer fulfillment.
Threadbird sources and decorates apparel from brands including Comfort Colors, Bella+Canvas and Los Angeles Apparel, with labeling and fulfillment options.
Screen printing starts at twenty-four per design for one or two ink colours and increases with colour count. Blank samples, preproduction samples and fulfillment programs have distinct charges and minimums.[1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10]
Approximate screen-print minimums per design are 24 pieces for 1–2 ink colors, 36 for 3, 50 for 4–6 and 100 for 7–10. Finishings require 50; process printing requires 50 or 100 depending on complexity. The written job quote governs. Ask about other methods and any exceptional smaller run.
Quotes depend on garment, quantity, process, ink colors and placements. No screen or setup fee is stated. Card payments on invoices of USD 1,000 or more add 3%; ACH or check avoids that surcharge. Ask for a current garment unit price and delivered total, including taxes, freight and finishing charges.
No numerical storage, pick/pack or receiving fee. The old presale-blog deposit and no-storage-charge terms are program-specific and not refreshed by this page.
Not a zero-minimum promise and not a retraction of the older one-time presale program’s separate 50-order condition.
Different sample programs, not a contradictory single refund policy. Sample fees, shipping and lead times are unlisted.
Current pages disagree: terms estimate 10–15 business days plus roughly 2 days per finishing; The supplier states 10–12; turnaround table says 10–15 without finishings and 15–20 with, while its prose says 7–10 for standard screen printing. Shipping is additional. Unresolved supplier-source conflict. Do not select the shortest estimate or claim independently observed speed. Current written quote/invoice must establish the job schedule.
These are packaging/dispatch labels, not proof of sewn garment-label manufacturing. Pricing and minimums are unlisted.
Fulfillment orders against stored inventory have a stated 1–2-business-day pick, pack and dispatch interval after receipt. Same-day dispatch is offered before a daily cutoff. Manufacturing and carrier transit are separate. Ask about eligibility, the cutoff time and its timezone.
The custom-apparel FAQ offers worldwide shipping through UPS, FedEx and USPS, without a country list or exclusions. Worldwide marketing must not become all destination-country codes; individual stored-inventory fulfillment country eligibility is not specified.
No numerical freight tariff, duties/tax rule or country-specific quote. Pickup address is not evidence of the production or fulfillment warehouse location.
Do not apply this range to every worldwide destination or confuse it with production/fulfillment handling.
This does not identify factories or settle ownership of any custom cut-and-sew program.
Approval, artwork completeness and payment are separate prerequisites.
Artwork should be actual-size vector or 300-DPI raster with outlined text. A different screen-art size is priced as a separate run with its own minimum. The published safe-print size guide is only guidance; exact product dimensions govern. Generic print guides do not establish the area available on every garment. Confirm exact product dimensions, placement tolerances and seam-related risks before approval.
Can you specify other methods and exceptional smaller runs for my order?
Can you specify eligibility, time zone and cutoff for my order?
What is the complete quote for my garment, quantity and destination, including decoration, tax and freight?
What carrier transit estimate applies to my destination, separate from production?
