Customers with annual purchases of at least $10,000 do not have to meet these minimums. Ask which currency and annual-purchase eligibility conditions apply.
The first position is usually the left chest, with other positions possible and additional locations available. Pricing applies to supplier-purchased products; customer-supplied products require a separate quote. Agree garment, setup, tax and freight charges.
After viewing artwork or the embroidery design sample, font style/size edits cost $20; changing the original design costs $25 each time. These charges may sometimes be waived. Corrections for supplier error or unacceptable quality carry no extra correction charge. Agree currency and tax.
Embroidery digitising takes 2–5 days depending on complexity, detail and colours; embroidery 7–10 business days; screen printing 7–14 days; patches 3–4 weeks with a minimum order. Only embroidery specifies business days. Shipping time is excluded.
The order package includes a copy of the artwork and/or embroidered sample, invoice and authorisation request. Proofs and authorisations are emailed whenever possible; review the package and email approval. Agree whether the sample is digital or physical and any sample charges.
Final artwork and embroidery design samples require approval. Agree the required file formats, resolution, decoration dimensions and positions.
The supplier retains design-work and specification-sample IP except expressly licensed rights. Prepaid design work may allow client ownership by agreement. The supplier may use designs in its marketing unless you prohibit this at approval.
Local delivery is offered in Metro Phoenix. Shipping time is excluded from production times; ask about destinations, freight, dispatch arrangements and transit.
Phoenix orders of $3,000 or more have no delivery charge if delivery is available; below $2,000 the minimum charge is $30. Outside Phoenix within 40 miles, orders of 3,500.00 or more have no delivery charge; below $3,500 the minimum is $40. Ask about the intervening Phoenix price band, currency and eligibility.
UPS package freight includes up to $100 insurance; additional cover is charged at current rates per additional $100. The supplier disclaims delay responsibility after dispatch. Some apparel also incurs the vendor’s FOB charge, passed to the client. Confirm currency, total coverage and any extra freight costs.
Small orders or substantial setup/changes may require prepayment; approved payment-method accounts may be exceptions. Visa, Master Card, Discover, local checks, money orders, cashier’s checks and cash are accepted.
Unused products still offered by the supplier may be refunded, credited or exchanged in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Restocking is at least 20%, plus return shipment costs to the vendor.
Worn or washed items cannot be returned except defective apparel, and FOB freight is nonrefundable. Client-owned items cannot receive refund or credit. Special-offer packages can incur shipping/handling of 20% or 20.00, whichever is greater; agree the currency and charge basis.
Customer-supplied apparel is excluded from embroidery damage/error liability. Remove packaging, pins, staples and tags before supplying items or a removal fee may apply. Agree how defect remedies interact with customised-item exclusions.
Customer-error cancellations incur 30% of the total invoice plus shipping. Incoming costs and restocking fees may also be billed.
The listed 515 E. Carefree Hwy #379 address is shipping-only. Appointments are Monday–Friday; Saturday and Sunday are closed. Agree the meeting location before travelling.
Customised items are excluded from return credit or exchange, while a 30-day defect warranty is also offered; agree the remedy before ordering.[2]
Art services are unavailable, while conditional design-editing and ownership terms remain; agree which services apply to your order.[2]
