Minimums and pricing
- Screen-print minimums conflict: forty-eight pieces per design or one hundred pieces. Direct-to-film printing has no minimum; confirm embroidery quantities.[1, 3, 4]
- At forty-eight to seventy-one shirts, one-colour screen decoration costs $8.50 per Gildan shirt or $9.50 per Bella+Canvas shirt; blank garments cost extra. The standard price covers the first colour and screen, one standard location, basic vector cleanup and approval proof. Additional colours cost $1 per shirt and locations $2 per shirt; size surcharges from 2XL to 5XL are $2, $3, $4 and $5. Rush adds twenty-five percent; confirm currency and the complete quote.[4]

Artwork and print areas
- Up to six spot colours per location are offered, with front, back, sleeve and left-chest printing; supplied garments and specialty inks are accepted.[4]
- Send outlined AI, EPS or Portable Document Format vector artwork, or suitable 300 DPI PNG or flattened Photoshop files. Vector artwork is required for exact spot colours; screenshots, JPG and low-resolution files are excluded.[4]
