01

What they make

  • Catalog textiles use organic cotton and/or recycled polyester; apparel sits alongside bags and other accessories.[8]
  • Offers printing, fulfillment.[11]
  • Production options include on-demand production.[11]
02

Minimums and pricing

  • TPOP invoices in EUR. Product prices shown inside its application are exclusive of VAT and are the authoritative prices; applicable VAT depends on the customer situation.[6]
03

Samples and lead times

  • Academy guidance offers 10% off one monthly sample basket of 2–6 products; one item or more than six does not qualify. Current help only mentions selecting an available promotion code, so confirm account eligibility.[2, 3]
  • Supplier blog offers 10% off when purchasing at least two samples; eligibility and current promotion should be checked before relying on it.[5]
  • The print on demand terms estimate carrier handoff 2–6 working days after payment, excluding exceptional disruption. Most displayed blanks are stocked; items not held in its warehouses can take longer.[6]
04

Artwork and print areas

  • Use transparent PNG artwork at 150 DPI or higher, with solid printed elements and no micro-details. The artwork guidance recommends CMYK and avoiding fluorescent colors.[7]
  • Uploaded artwork prints as supplied; the finished design preview acts as approval of placement. TPOP does not correct low resolution, cropping or typographic mistakes. The buyer must hold image rights.[6]
05

Branding and packaging

  • Packing slips can carry your contact details, social accounts, customer messages and gift notes at no extra charge. Packing slips are translated according to destination.[9]
  • The branding page offers free personalized packing slips with merchant contact/social details, messages and gift notes, translated according to delivery country. Stated packing-slip options.[9]
  • Parcels ship white label. Printing the merchant logo on the parcel is offered from the “illimité” subscription tier; a customer-gift sticker with supplied artwork is stated at €1.[9]
  • The branding page offers insertion of buyer-supplied cards, flyers, badges and other small gifts into customer parcels.[9]
  • The print on demand terms say the merchant address is used as the parcel sender address and undeliverable/address-failure returns go back to the merchant.[6]
06

Shipping and fulfillment

  • Current shipping page explicitly suspends delivery to the United States. No restart date was supplied.[4]
  • For T-shirts and the listed light-product group, ex-VAT freight is France €3.95 first + €1.20 additional; EU/UK €4.50 + €1.50; Switzerland €7 + €1; world €7.80 + €2.80, subject to exclusions.[4]
  • For sweatshirts/hoodies and the listed heavier group, ex-VAT freight is France €5.20 + €1.50 additional; EU/UK €5.80 + €2; Switzerland €7.80 + €1.50.[4]
  • Help additionally lists Afghanistan, Cuba, Crimea, Iran, Libya, Sudan, Syria, North Korea, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and UAE as unavailable.[1]
  • Mixed baskets use the highest first-item rate, then the appropriate additional-item charges; rates exclude VAT. The help-page illustrative amount may lag the current category table.[1]
  • Light apparel shipping uses a first-item charge plus a smaller additional-item charge in most destinations. Ex-VAT EUR rates, checked 16 October 2026, first/additional: France 3.95/1.20; EU and UK 4.50/1.50.[10]
  • Sweatshirts, hoodies, hooded dresses and backpacks use the heavier shipping tariff. Ex-VAT EUR first/additional: France 5.20/1.50; EU and UK 5.80/2; Switzerland 7.80/1.50; world 10.80/6; DOM 8.50/8.50; TOM 17.50/17.50.[10]
  • Pouches, boxers, baby bodysuits and bibs have a separate shipping group. Ex-VAT EUR first/additional: France 2.99/1.50; EU and UK 4.20/1; Switzerland 6.80/1; world 6.90/1.80; DOM 2.80/2.80; TOM 11/11.[10]
  • After dispatch, transit is estimated at 2–3 working days in France, 3–10 in the EU and 5–14 elsewhere. All shipments are tracked, and tracking is sent to the merchant store. Shipments originate in France.[10]
  • The terms give average time after dispatch of 2–7 days for France, 4–10 for the EU and countries bordering France, and 4–18 for non-EU destinations. The paragraph does not label these as working days.[6]

08

How to order and pay

  • A bank card is required; the product, shipping and selected options are charged when an order enters production. Invoices are in EUR. App prices exclude VAT; tax depends on merchant location and validated VAT status.[6]
  • The print on demand terms treat a merchant as a professional customer from the first order and say evidence of legal status may be requested.[6]
  • The print on demand terms say uploaded artwork is sent to printing without correction; the buyer must check resolution, crop and typographic errors and hold the necessary image rights.[6]
  • The artwork guide requests PNG with a transparent background, at least 150 dpi, sufficient contrast, no semi-transparent print elements, and avoidance of micro-details.[7]
  • For T-shirt printing, the artwork guide says white elements are not printed on white shirts and black elements are not printed on black shirts; the garment color supplies those areas.[7]
09

Returns and misprints

  • Report quality problems within 30 days of purchase with the order number, a description and a clear photo. Accepted manufacturing faults or transport damage can receive a free reprint and replacement shipment.[6]
  • Customer preference or sizing returns are handled by the merchant; TPOP does not accept ordinary customer returns. Undeliverable parcels caused by address or access failures return to the merchant sender address.[6]

Where their pages disagree

The artwork guide gives both 2000 px and 4000 px as the longest-side minimum; clarify the required file dimensions.[7]
