Import an Existing Product

Import an existing Printful or Printify product into Vaybel so you can improve its listing in Optimize.

Use This When

The product already exists in Printful or Printify and already has a live listing on a connected sales channel. Import brings that product into Vaybel so you can improve the listing instead of rebuilding it.

Primary Outcome

The product is imported and its live listing is connected, ready for AI-assisted improvement in Optimize.

Optimize exposes `Import Product` in the header. Use it when the product already exists in Printful or Printify and the live listing already exists on the connected sales channel.

Before You Import

  • you are in the right workspace
  • a sales channel is connected and linked to the correct Production Partner store
  • the product is already published or live on that sales channel

Import Pattern

  1. Open Optimize Product from the dashboard sidebar.
  2. Open the import modal.
  3. Select the product you want to import.
  4. Vaybel imports the product and tries to find and connect the matching live listing on the sales channel.
  5. If the listing is found, continue into Optimize to improve it.

If The Listing Was Not Found

Sometimes the import succeeds but Vaybel does not find the live listing on the first attempt. This can happen when the listing was created or updated outside Vaybel after the import, or when a channel connection was recently reconnected.

Use the listing refresh action on the imported product to re-scan for matching sales channel data. If the listing still does not appear, confirm the product is actually live on the channel and that the channel-to-Production-Partner linking is correct.
