How to order and pay
- Submitted orders are final; approved credit accounts have separate payment terms. Pickup preparation normally takes three hours. Uncollected will-call orders are canceled after seven days. Cards incur a 3% fee.[1]
Credit accounts require an approved application; overdue balances carry 1.5% monthly finance charges. Supplier drop-ships cannot be changed or canceled.

Returns and misprints
- Report shortages, damage or defects within five working days; returns need authorization. The wholesale terms, revised 30 January 2024, limit returns to 30 days from invoice.[1]
Printed, altered and discontinued goods are nonreturnable. Refused or canceled orders incur 15% or a minimum $10 charge; ask which billing currency applies. Supplier drop-ships require approval and can incur both freight legs and fees. Sportsman Cap & Bags drop-ships cannot be canceled or returned. Inspect goods before decoration.
